低温等离子以纤维环为靶点射频消融治疗盘源性腰痛手术的分析

摘　　要：目的分析研究低温等离子以纤维环为靶点射频消融治疗盘源性腰痛手术的应用效果。方法选取在本院接受治疗的盘源性腰痛患者,共计70例,收集时间均在2016年1月17日~2017年1月5日期间,为所有患者开展低温等离子以纤维环为靶点射频消融术治疗,对患者治疗前后的疼痛程度、腰椎JOA评分情况以及并发症发生概率进行研究与分析。结果治疗后患者的疼痛评分(1.59±0.17)分,明显较治疗前低,其腰椎JOA评分(27.09±1.43)分,明显高于治疗前(P<0.05);患者术后均未有神经根损伤、脊髓损伤以及椎间盘感染情况出现。结论盘源性腰痛手术中低温等离子以纤维环为靶点射频消融治疗具有显著的临床应用效果,且安全性高,值得广泛应用于今后临床中。Objective To explore the effect of low temperature plasma on radiofrequency ablation with fibrous ring as a target in the treatment of discic lumbago. Methods 70 patients with low back pain from January 17, 2016 to January 5, 2017 in our hospital were selected. All patients were treated with radiofrequency ablation with a fibrous ring as a target of hypothermia plasma. The degree of pain, the JOA score of the lumbar spine and the incidence of complications before and after treatment were studied and analyzed. Results After treatment, the pain score(1.59±0.17) was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the JOA score of lumbar spine(27.09±1.43) was significantly higher than that before treatment, P < 0.05; There was no nerve root injury, spinal cord injury, and intervertebral disc infection in the patients. Conclusion the radiofrequency ablation of low temperature plasma with fibrous ring as the target in the treatment of disc low back pain has significant clinical application effect and high safety. It is worthy of wide application in future clinical practice.
