摘  要:为解决船用中厚钢板复杂曲面成形的问题,采用高频感应加热热源的热应力成形技术,探究了大尺寸钢板弯曲成形的重要影响因素。借助COMSOL Multiphysics多物理场仿真平台,分析了加热时间、自重、频率和加热功率4个因素对大尺寸钢板弯曲成形的影响。并通过实验验证了有限元仿真的有效性。仿真与实验结果表明:加热2 s后,钢板上表面温度和应力均有明显增加,并开始出现塑性变形;当钢板上表面最大温度达400℃之后,自重对大尺寸钢板弯曲位移有显著影响;与低频加热相比,当加热时间相同时,频率高的升温较快,但冷却时的降温也较快;随着加热时间增加,Y向位移与功率关系出现"反转"现象,为确定钢板曲面成形最佳加热时间提供理论依据。In order to solve the problem in complex curve surface forming of ship medium-thick steel plate,the thermal stress forming techniques with high frequency induction heating as heat source were adopted,and the important factors influencing the bending of largesize steel plate were investigated. Then,the influences of heating time,gravity,frequency and power on the large-size steel plate bending were analyzed by COMSOL Multiphysics,and the validity of finite element simulation was verified by experiments. The results show that the heating temperature and stress in the upper surface of steel plate increase significantly after heating for 2 seconds,and the plastic deformation occurs. When the maximum temperature in the upper surface of steel plate reaches 400 ℃,the gravity has a remarkable effect on the bending displacement of large-size steel plate. Compared with the low frequency heating,during the same heating time,the temperature increases rapidly during high frequency heating,and the temperature drops rapidly during cooling. Thus,with the increasing of heating time,the "reversal"phenomenon of the relationship between Y axis displacement and power provides a theoretical basis for determining the optimal heating time of steel plate curve surface forming.
