摘 要:为制备超细晶结构时效硬化型铝合金提出了旋转通道等径角平行挤压工艺,针对该工艺建立模具模型,采用Deform-3D软件对旋转通道等径角平行挤压模具进行了应力分析。利用容差值插值计算法,获得容差值与挤压模具力的关系,得出旋转通道模具的应力分布规律及容差值对模具应力的影响规律。结果表明:过小的容差值,会导致成形力与模具力相差较大;过大的容差值,并不一定能提高计算精度,但会增大计算量;准确的容差值是成形力映射到模具获得模具应力的关键,该工艺中模具应力分析容差值应为1。模具外壁50 MPa为安全载荷,应力集中区域在旋转通道与直通道过渡处。此安全载荷下通过线性外推法获得模具厚度为40 mm。In order to prepare age hardened aluminum alloy with ultra-fine grain structure,a paralled extrusion process with rotated channel and equal angular was proposed. Then,the die model was built,and the die stress analysis on parallel extrusion die with rotated channel and equal angular was conducted by software Deform-3 D. Furthermore,the relationship between tolerance value and extrusion force was obtained,and the stress distribution and the influence of tolerance value on die stress were obtained by tolerance interpolation calculation method. The results show that the small tolerance value leads to a great difference between forming force and extrusion force,and an excessive tolerance value may not improve the calculation accuracy and can increase the calculation complexity. However,the exact tolerance value is the key to obtain die stress after mapping the forming force to the die,and the tolerance value is designed as 1. Thus,the safe load at die edge is set as 50 MPa,and the stress concentration region locates at the transition between rotating channel and straight channel. Finally,the die thickness is designed as 40 mm by the method of linear extrapolation.
