摘 要:探索运用逆向工程来构建三维曲面网状冲压件的三维数学模型。该方法使用激光三坐标扫描测量仪对三维曲面网状冲压件进行非接触式测量,得到三维曲面网状冲压件的点云数据,再运用Geomagic对点云完成数据拟合,得到三维曲面网状冲压件的数字化模型。相比于以三坐标测量机(CMM)为代表的传统测量网状冲压件三维坐标的接触式坐标测量方法存在的测量速度慢、测量精度不高的不足,激光三坐标扫描测量仪测量的速度更快,测量的精度更高。且Geomagic对点云完成数据拟合得到的数字化三维模型更贴合实际的模型,表明该方法切实可行。The three-dimensional mathematical model of 3 D mesh stamping part constructed by reverse engineering was explored. In this method,the 3 D mesh stamping part was non-contact measured by laser three-coordinate scanning measuring instrument,and the point cloud data of 3 D mesh stamping part was obtained. Then the data fitting for point cloud was completed by Geomagic,and the digital model for 3 D mesh stamping part was obtained. Compared to disadvantages of slow speed and poor accuracy of the traditional contact measurement for 3 D mesh stamping parts,such as the three-coordinate measuring machine( CMM),the speed is faster and the precision is higher by the laser three-coordinate scanning measuring instrument. In addition,the digital 3 D model data fitted by Geomagic is closer to the actual model which showes the feasibility of the proposed method.
