摘  要:目的运用逍遥散加减方干预高催乳激素血症(HPRL)模型动物,观察其对HPRL大鼠卵巢间隙连接蛋白Cx37/Cx43的影响。方法选取48只性成熟雌性大鼠随机划分6组:正常组,阴性组,阳性组,中药高、中、低剂量组。采用ip甲氧氯普胺制作HPRL模型大鼠,中药灌胃30天后,取模型动物卵巢,采用蛋白质印迹法检测各组卵巢组织中间隙连接蛋白Cx37、CX43表达的情况。结果与正常组比较,造模组卵巢中缝隙连接蛋白Cx37、CX43表达减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与阴性组比较,中药高剂量组Cx37、Cx43表达显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与阳性组比较,中药高剂量组Cx37、CX43表达显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与中药高剂量组比较,中药中、低剂量组Cx37、CX43表达有所降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高催乳激素血症大鼠卵巢中间隙连接蛋白Cx37、CX43的表达水平较低,逍遥散加减方具有调节卵巢间隙连接蛋白Cx37、CX43表达的作用,与中药剂量成一定的正比关系。Objective To observe the effect of Xiaoyaosan on Connexiu37 and Connexin43 in hyperprolactinemia (HPRL) rats. Methods The metoclopramide was injected to establish the animal model,48 SD rats were randomized into 6 groups: control group, model group, bromocriptine group, high dose modified Xiaoyaosan group, middle dose modified Xiaoyaosan group, low dose modified Xiaoyaosan group. The intervention period lasted 30 days. Take out the experimental animal ovary, protein imprinting method is used to detect each group of rat ovarian tissue Cx37, Cx43 expression.
