摘 要:目的筛选吲哚美辛亲水凝胶贴剂的化学促渗剂,比较薄荷油与氮酮促渗特点。方法基于体外透皮扩散动力学模型试验,利用HPLC-工作曲线进行定量,分别以3%、5%、7%、10%、15%氮酮(Azone)与3%、5%、7%、10%、15%薄荷油(Mint oil)作为吲哚美辛经皮给药的化学促渗剂,进行离体透皮扩散试验,建立高、中、低强度的参比化学促渗体系。结果确定以3%Azone、5%Mint oil、7%Mint oil分别作为付罐研究参比化学促渗低、中、高组;不同比例氮酮对IM促渗效果不同,两者不存在明显线性关系,存在最佳促渗作用的Azone的比例,而0~7%Mint oil与促渗效果间呈现线性增加关系。结论筛选的氮酮与薄荷油具有良好的促渗效果,薄荷油作为天然的中药促渗剂,效果显著。Objective The paper was to screen chemical penetration enhancers of indomethacin hydrophilic gel patches. Meth- ods The IM content was determined by H?LC in the transdermal diffusion kinetics model tests; 3% , 5% , 7% , 10% , 15% Azone and 3% , 5% , 7% , 10% , 15% Mint oil were respectively chosen and used as indomethacin chemical penetration enhanc- ers; By comparing the transdermal permeation parameters, the reference chemical permeation systems were established. Results 3% Azone, 5% Azone, 7% Mint oil, respectively, were screened and identified as the reference chemical permeation systems of the low, medium and high groups. There was no obvious linear relationship between the different ratios of Azone and the perme- ation effect, and while there was a linear relationship between the 0 -7% of Mint oil and the permeation effect. Conclusion The screened Azone and Mint oil have a good penetration effect, and can be used as a reference natural Chinese medicine chemical penetration enhancers.
