摘  要:为了确保金坛地区盐穴储气井能长期安全运行,通过饱和NaCl溶液腐蚀的实验室评测试验,分析了盐穴储气井生产套管的腐蚀行为,并提出了提高套管耐腐蚀的相应措施。结果表明:盐穴储气井生产套管的腐蚀主要以全面腐蚀为主,饱和NaCl溶液对套管腐蚀的影响很小,但溶液中的Cl-具有较强的穿透能力和吸附能力,易使套管发生局部腐蚀,导致套管寿命缩短;建议生产套管设计时选用耐蚀性更好的材料,并对生产套管采取腐蚀防护措施。In order to ensure the long-term safe operation of salt cavern gas storage well in Jintan area,the corrosion behavior of the casings for production in salt cavern gas storage well was analyzed through laboratorial evaluating tests in saturated NaCl solution.And the protection measures for improving the corrosion resistance of the casings were proposed.The results show that the casings suffered general corrosion mainly.And saturated NaCl solution had little effect on the corrosion of casings.But the Cl-ions in NaCl solution have strong penetration capacity and adsorption capacity,which made the casings suffer localized corrosion and shortened the lives of casings.Using tube material with stronger anti-corrosion ability in design and protection measures for the casings are suggested.
