摘 要:结合孟村煤矿主井提升机房的设计实践,从平面布置和竖向布置两方面探讨了主井提升机房建筑设计,研究了结构计算简图和截面尺寸估算方法,比较了PKPM和Midas软件对钢网架和混凝土结构共同工作的模拟结果,并从螺栓孔垫板处混凝土局部承压、箱型抗剪键、抗滑移和抗倾覆稳定性验算三方面介绍了提升机基础设计的要点,最后针对设计过程中应注意的问题提出几点体会。Combining with the design practice of Mengcun Coal Mine,the design of main shaft hoisting building was discussed from plane arrangement and vertical arrangement. The structural calculation diagram and the section size estimating method were studied. The simulation results of co-working structures of steel grid and concrete using PKPM and Midas software were compared. And the key points of hoist foundation design were introduced from three aspects: local pressure of concrete in the bolt hole plate,box type shear key,anti-skidding and anti-overturning stability. Finally,combing with the issues to be paid attention to,some experience was offered.
