摘 要:根据城郊煤矿21608综采背拉工作面的实际地质条件,解析了大倾角仰采段煤壁失稳机理及影响因素,在加强支架位态和初撑力管理的基础上,研究应用了优化工作面回采技术参数、单体支柱抬棚和玻璃钢锚杆联合支护、超前注浆加固等片帮防治三级技术体系。现场实践表明:实施上述技术措施后,大倾角仰采段片帮范围可防可控、动态缩小,安全经济效益显著,为其他类似条件下工作面布置和片帮防治提供了借鉴,为矿井稳产、提高煤炭资源采出率奠定了基础。According to the actual geological conditions of 21608 fully mechanized coal mining face in Chengjiao Coal Mine,the instability mechanism of coal wall and its influencing factors in deep inclined coal face are analyzed. On the basis of strengthening the management of support position and initial support force,a three-level prevention and control system for rib spalling is studied and applied,which comprised optimization of working face mining technical parameters,combined support of single prop shed and FRP bolt,advance grouting reinforcement. The field practice showed that: after the above technical measures were implemented,the rib spalling range was under control and shrinking dynamically,and realizing significant safety and economic benefits. The study provides references for the face layout and rib spalling prevention under other similar conditions,and lays the foundation for improving the recovery rate of coal resources.
