摘 要:通过对丁戊庚组煤煤质研究,利用丁戊庚组煤的互补特性,反复试验,确定了科学的配煤入选比例。生产中针对入选原料煤高灰细矸多的特点,通过优化粗中煤泥回收工艺等措施,创新了难选煤的洗选技术优化。解决了选煤厂入洗原料煤不足的难题,使企业步入高效生产的良性发展轨道。Based on the coal quality study of Ⅳ-Ⅴ-Ⅶ Group,the proportion for blended coal preparation was determined according to the complementary characteristics of different coal and repeated experiments. In the production practice,aiming at the high content of ash and fine gangue in raw coal,through the optimization of coarse middling coal slime recovery process and other measures to improve the refractory coal preparation technology. So as to solve the problem of insufficient raw coal for the coal preparation plant,and lead the enterprise to benign development of efficient production track.
