脂肪源干细胞可有效应用于整形外科治疗

摘　　要：为探讨脂肪源干细胞在整形外科的应用效果,本研究选取接受整形美容患者39例作为研究对象,通过分析患者患者自体脂肪源干细胞体外生长情况,研究脂肪源干细胞培养结果、脂肪源干细胞鉴定结果、及脂肪源干细胞增殖情况,且观察患者的临床症状改善情况,问卷调查了解患者的治疗满意情况,记录不良反应发生情况,以期讨论脂肪源干细胞在整形外科的应用效果。结果显示,随访18个月,入组的39例患者中,患者自体脂肪源干细胞体外生长曲线呈现出＂S＂型,具有良好的增殖活性。经大体观察,临床症状均得到不同程度的改善,其中明显改善占58.97%、有效占38.46%、无效占2.57%。经治疗满意度问卷调查,38例患者均表示满意或基本满意。治疗过程中入组患者均未出现任何不良事件,未出现感染和排斥反应等。本研究表明,将脂肪源干细胞应用于整形外科治疗之中可以获得理想的效果,是一种安全、有效的治疗方案,值得临床推广使用。In order to explore the effect of ADSCs in plastic surgical treatment, 39 patients treated by plastic surgery were selected as the research objects. Through analyzing in vitro growth of autologous ADSCs, the results of ADSCs culture, the identification results of ADSCs, the proliferation of ADSCs, and observing the patient＇s clinical symptom improvement, making a questionnaire survey to understand the patient＇s treatment satisfaction,recording the incidence of adverse reactions, this research discussed the application of ADSCs in plastic surgical treatment. The results showed that the growth curve of autologous ADSCs in vitro was＂S＂in 39 patients who had been followed up for 18 months and had good proliferative activity. After general observation, clinical symptom＇s had been improved to varying degrees, of which 58.97% were significantly improved, 38.46% were effective and,2.57% were ineffective. In the questionnaire of treatment satisfaction, 38 patients were satisfied or basically satisfied. During the course of treatment, there were no adverse events, no infections or rejections. This research showed that the application of ADSCs in orthopedic surgery could achieve the desired effect, which would be a safe and effective treatment program, and worthy of clinical promotion and use.
