摘　　要：本文通过对过程仪表校验仪测量过程的分析,详细阐述了测量不确定度主要来源,并对各分量进行了量化,求出了各参量的合成不确定度以及扩展不确定度。In this thesis, by analyzing the measurement process of process meter calibrator, we explained in detail the main reasons of measurement uncertainty, quantified the componential parameters, and calculated the synthesis uncertainty and expansion uncertainty of various parameters.
