人工真皮修复手部缺损的临床研究

摘　　要：目的应用人工真皮修复手部皮肤软组织缺损,避免或减轻皮肤软组织缺损修复带来的供区损伤。方法应用人工真皮修复57例手部外伤性组织缺损及再植术后坏死组织切除后手部缺损的患者,对手部创面缺损治疗后的手部功能恢复情况及创面重建情况进行随访,观察其临床疗效及临床价值。结果 57例患者手部创面修复后效果满意,手部功能恢复良好。结论应用人工真皮修复手部组织缺损,可避免或者减轻皮肤软组织缺损修复带来的供区损伤,尤其在手指末节缺损治疗方面疗效显著,有一定临床推广价值。Objective To repair the skin and soft tissue defect of hand with artificial dermis , thereby to avoid or reduce the donor site injury caused by skin and soft tissue defect repair. Methods Repair with artificial dermis was conducted in 57 patients with traumatic tissue defect of hand or hand defect due to necrotic tissue resection after replantation. The recovery of hand function and reconstruction of wound were followed up after hand defect repair. The clinical efficacy and value were observed. Results In all 57 cases, the efficacy of the hand defect repair was satisfying, and the hand function recovered well. Conclusion Re- pair of hand tissue defect with artificial dermis can avoid or reduce the donor site injury caused by skin and soft tissue defect repair, can obtain a significant efficacy especially in the cases with distal segment defect of finger, and is valuable in clinical application.
