摘　　要：目的分析介入器材异常脱落或断裂致异位栓塞的常见原因及处理策略。方法对7例介入器材异常脱落或断裂致异位栓塞患者的资料进行分析,总结出现原因,找寻预防及处理办法。结果 7例中有1例出现严重并发症死亡,其余通过处理后未出现严重不良后果。结论规范操作、详细的术前评估是预防此类事件的关键,取出异位栓塞材料或改变其栓塞位置是避免恶性事件发生的重要手段。Objective To analyze the common causes and treatment strategies of ectopic embolism caused by abnormal shedding or rupture of interventional devices. Methods The data of 7 patients with ectopic embolism caused by abnormal shedding or rupture of intcrventional devices were analyzed. Then the causes were summarized, and the prevention and treatment strategies were investigated. Results Of the 7 patients, death due to serious complication occurred in 1 patients, and no serious adverse consequences after treatment were found in the other patients. Conclusion The key to prevent such events is standard operation and detailed preoperative assessment. The removal of the devices leading to ectopic embolism or position change of embolism is an important means to avoid the occurrence of adverse events.
