摘  要:目的探讨应用超声剪切波弹性成像技术定量评价兔深静脉血栓(DVT)弹性的价值。方法建立DVT兔模型,应用超声剪切波弹性成像技术检测血栓形成后第1~14天及第21天血栓上、中、下三部分的杨氏模量值,取均值进行分析。结果前7 d连续检测的血栓杨氏模量值随时间而增大,增长趋势最明显,第1天、第4天、第7天之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);7 d后血栓杨氏模量值增长趋势减缓,第8、9天与第11天以后的杨氏模量值间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);第10天以后杨氏模量值逐渐趋于稳定;第12、13、14天与第21天差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两周后,杨氏模量值无明显变化。结论应用超声剪切波弹性成像技术定量评价兔DVT的杨氏模量值,可无创、客观地反映血栓弹性动态演变过程,可为评估DVT分期的定量检测提供依据。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of shear wave elastography on deep venous thrombosis in rabbit. Methods Young’s modulus of the thrombus top,middle and bottom were measured by ultrasonic shear wave elasticity technique in day 1 to 14 and 21 of thrombus formation. Young’s modulus of the whole thrombosis was obtained by means of the mean value and be analyzed.Results In the previous seven days,the number of thrombosis young’ s modulus increased with time last,the growth trend was the most obvious,the differences between the 1 st day,the 4 th day and the 7 th day were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). After 7 days,the growth trend of young’s modulus was slowed down,and the differences between the 8 th,9 th and 11 th day were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). After the 10 th day,young’s modulus gradually stabilized; the differences between day 12,13,14 and 21 were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05); two weeks later,there was no significant change in young’s modulus. Conclusion Young’ s modulus obtained by shear wave elastography can effectively reflect the elasticity of thrombosis in different stages with non-invasive and objective,which can provide a basis for evaluating the quantitative testing of DVT stages.
