摘　　要：中国邮政自开展远程培训以来,经过10多年的探索、发展和创新,建设了一个与邮政企业发展高度契合的远程培训体系,实现了员工与企业的共同发展。文章从邮政远程培训的指导思想、基本原则、功能定位等三方面介绍了远程培训建设思路,并从远程培训组织管理体系和运行管理机制两方面介绍了远程培训管理体系。After carrying out the exploration,development and innovation for more than 10 years,China Post has built up a distance training system highly suited to the development of postal enterprises after the development of distance training, and realized the joint development of employees and enterprises.This paper introduced the idea of distance training construction from three aspects, including guiding ideology, basic principles and functional positioning of postal distance training, and introduced distance training management system from two aspects：distance training organization and management system and operation management mechanism.
