摘　　要：中小企业IT咨询项目具有周期短、成本低、需求复杂且变动较多的特点,项目特别重视在固定项目周期及成本的情况下最大化项目收益。文章通过分析中小企业IT咨询项目的特点,提出基于数据包络分析的需求优先排序范围管理模型。The characteristics of IT consuhing projects for small and medium-sized enterprises are short cycle time,low cost, complex requirements and frequent adjustments.The project mainly focuses on how to maximize profits with fixed project time and cost.This article created scope management model for prioritizing demands based on DEA.
