摘  要:目的探讨BPH合并膀胱结石的治疗方法。方法选择BPH合并膀胱结石患者54例,采用TURP联合碎石钳(28例)和TURP联合肾镜下Cyberwand双导管碎石(26例)治疗,比较2组术中、术后情况。结果 TURP联合碎石钳组(碎石钳组)和TURP联合肾镜下Cyberwand双导管碎石组(Cyberwand组)在手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间、术后留置尿管时间、并发症发生等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但碎石钳组膀胱黏膜损伤发生率略高。结论与碎石钳组相比,Cyberwand组具有创伤小、手术操作方便、并发症少的优势。Objective To investigate the treatment of BPH with bladder stones. Methods 54 patients with BPH and bladder stones were selected, and patients were divided into two groups: TURP combined lithotrite (n =28) and TURP combined renal microscopically Cyberwand lithotripsy group (n = 26), and the conditions of intraoperative and postoperative were compared. Results There were no significant differences in operation time, bladder washing time, catheter indwelling time and complications (P 〉 0.05 ). The bladder mucosa injury in TURP combined lithotrite group were slightly higher. Conclusion Cyberwand lithotripsy is a safe and effective treatment modality for bladder stones with BPH.
