金星蕨中黄酮类化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的研究金星蕨Parathelypteris glanduligera中的黄酮类化学成分。方法利用硅胶、C18反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶等色谱技术对其提取物进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从金星蕨全草甲醇渗漉浸膏中提取分离得到11个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为山柰酚(1)、黄芪苷(2)、三叶豆苷(3)、阿福豆苷(4)、山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(5)、槲皮素(6)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(7)、芦丁(8)、myriciatrin I(9)、3′-甲基-4′,6′-二羟基-2′-甲氧基-査耳酮(10)、3′,5′-二甲基-4′,6′-二羟基-2′-甲氧基-査耳酮(11)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To research the chemical constituents from Parathelypteris glanduligera. Methods The compounds were isolated by column chromotography with silica gel, C18 reverse-phase silica gel, and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physiochemical prosperities and spectral analysis. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol （1）, astragaloside （2）, trifolioside （3）, kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside （4）, kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside （5）, quercetin （6）, quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside （7）, rutin （8）, myriciatrin I （9）, 3＇-methyl-4＇,6＇-dihydroxy-2＇-methoxy-chalcone （10）, and 3＇,5＇-dimethyl-4＇,6＇-dihydroxy-2＇-methoxy-chalcone （11）, respectively. Conclusion All compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
