摘  要:随着3G、4G网络的飞速发展,2G清频退网已逐步提上日程。由于2G用户中有相当一部分是集客行业应用用户,为了能够更好地了解行业用户的业务使用情况以及分布,指导2G清频退网工作,电信运营商可基于用户侧大数据分析行业用户特征,从而得出各类行业用户的用户画像,进而实现行业用户的精准定位。以电力抄表用户为例,基于用户侧计费账单以及计费详单数据,分析电表用户的属性及通信行为,进而得出电力抄表用户的用户画像。With the rapid development of 3G and 4G network,2G frequency clearing has been gradually put on the agenda. Because lots of the 2G users are group industry application customers,in order to better understand the business behavior and distribution of industry users,so as to help 2G frequency clearing,telecom operators can analysis features of industry user based on the user side data,then user profile of all kinds of industry users can be obtained,then the accurate selection of the industry user can be realized. Power meter reading users,for example,based on user side billing bills and billing detailed data,meter user attributes and communication behavior are analyzed,and then the power meter user profile is obtained.
