摘　　要：全球海洋治理将促进全球海洋问题的有效解决,有助于维护正常的国际海洋秩序,标准计量是参与全球海洋治理的一种重要的理论方法和可行的工作方式。本文分析了标准计量在全球海洋治理中的作用,阐述了我国海洋标准计量参与全球海洋治理的现状,针对存在的问题提出工作建议,为促进"一带一路"战略实施,提升我国全球海洋治理能力提供了科学依据。Global ocean governance（GOG） is the effective tool to solve the ocean issues around the world and keep the international marine system in right order, and standards and metrology is an important theory and feasible method to participate in the GOG. This article analyzes the role of standards and metrology in GOG and introduces the condition of its participation in GOG, and proposes the suggestions for the way forward based on the existing gaps. This article may provide the scientific basis on how to promote ＂Belt and Road＂ Initiative and enhance the ability of GOG.
