摘 要:采用有限元方法对大张力带式输送机的传动滚筒进行仿真计算,仿真过程中有效解决了滚筒力学模型简化、实体模型建立、约束条件施加及筒皮加载模拟等难题,成功实现了对大张力滚筒的整体有限元计算。计算结果经工程实践证明准确可靠,对大张力传动滚筒工程设计具有指导意义。The finite element method was used to conduct simulation and calculation for the high-tension drive pulley of the belt conveyor. During the simulation process, the issues such as simplification of the mechanical model of the pulley, establishment of the solid model, application of constraint conditions and simulation of loading on the pulley surface were effectively solved, so as to realize the finite element calculation of the hightension pulley. The calculation results proved accurate and reliable after engineering practice, which was of guidance for the engineering design of the high-tension drive pulley.
