摘  要:会泽铅锌矿与毛坪铅锌矿是滇东北矿集区铅锌银多金属矿床的重要构成部分,具有相似的矿床地质特征与地球化学特征;矿石中方铅矿、闪锌矿及黄铁矿为主要有用矿物,工艺矿物学及可选性特征也极其相似。为进一步优化选矿工艺提高选矿技术指标,对会泽铅锌矿与毛坪铅锌矿进行了选矿工艺流程结构、磨矿分级工艺、浮选药剂制度等对比分析,指出了对与方铅矿、黄铁矿一同上浮的易浮闪锌矿的处理方式不同,是会泽铅锌矿及毛坪铅锌矿选矿工艺的差异所在;对易浮闪锌矿的合理处理,使得会泽铅锌矿的选矿工艺流程结构、浮选药剂制度等与矿石性质的匹配性更好,且取得了相对更加优异的选矿技术经济指标。并指出了两铅锌矿选矿工艺存在的不足,可为选矿工艺的优化改进提供参考。Huize lead-zinc mine and Maoping lead-zinc mine are the important components of the lead-zincsilver polymetallic mineralization concentration area in northeastern Yunnan, and similar in geographical and geochemical characteristics. There are many valuable minerals such as galena, sphalerite and pyrite in ores of the two mines, and they are considerably similar in process mineralogical and flotation characteristics. In order to further optimize the beneficiation process and improve the beneficiation indexes, the paper compared and analyzed Huize lead-zinc mine and Maoping lead-zinc mine in their beneficiation process flow, grinding and classification process, flotation reagent system, and pointed out the processing of easily-floating sphalerite floated together with galena and pyrite was the difference between the beneficiation process of the two mines. Reasonable processing of sphalerite made the beneficiation process flow, flotation reagent system and ore characteristics matched well in Huize lead-zinc mine, thus better beneficiation technical and economic indexes were obtained. In addition, the paper indicated the drawbacks of the beneficiation process in the two mines, which offered reference for the optimization of the beneficiation process.
