摘　　要：针对互联网视听节目内容庞杂,监测人员监控管理难度大的现实问题,重点研究如何利用多种手段融合的方式提升内容监控的整体效率,并对互联网视听节目监控系统解决方案的整体思路与框架进行了讨论。提出了一套基于多手段融合的互联网视听节目监控管理系统方案,在此基础上设计实现了一套涵盖采集、分析、审核等业务全流程的应用系统。实际应用效果表明,互联网视听节目监控管理系统智能化程度高,大幅减轻了监测人员的工作负荷与心理压力,实现了常规互联网视听节目内容监控的自动化。In order to alleviate the difficulty for numerous and jumbled internet audio-visual contents,this paper focuses on how to use a variety of technologies to enhance the overall efficiency of content monitoring,and discusses the overall thinking and framework of the Internet audio-video program monitoring system solutions.This paper proposes a whole solution for Internet audio-visual program monitoring and management system based on multi-technologies fusion. On this basis,it designs and implements an application system covering the whole process of collection,analysis,audit and other business processes. The practical application shows that the Internet audio-visual program monitoring and management system can achieve high intelligent degree,reduce the workload and psychological pressure of monitoring staff,realizes the automation of conventional Internet audio-visual program content monitoring.
