摘　　要：设计了视频版权证书与交易合约自动生成系统。用小波变换的方法获取视频的基本特征值。提出了母小波的选择、变换域中数据块的获取、基本特征值提取帧的选取等方法。将基本特征值组织形成了视频版权证书,设计了四树杈顺序寻址多层哈希树来高效组织数据。设计了平行交互双链区块链网结构和区块链的记账权争夺机制,提出了区块链中的POWC记账权方法。设计了视频版权证书区块链中数据的组织方法和签名与防伪方法。使用Radix树作为自动合约与版权检索的数据结构,使用小波变换与基本特征值求相关函数的方法进行自动版权验证。The automatic generation system of video copyright certificate and transaction contract is designed.The basic characteristic values of video are obtained by using the wavelet transform method. The choice of the mother wavelet,acquisition of data blocks in transform domain,and basic characteristic value extraction frame selection method are proposed. The basic characteristic values are organized to form the video copyright certificate. The four-branch frame sequential addressing multiple layer hash tree is designed to organize data efficiently. The parallel interactive double block chain network structure and the accounting right contention mechanism of block chain are designed. The POWC accounting right method in block chain is proposed. The method of organizing the data in the video copyright certificate block chain and the method of signature and anti-counterfeiting are designed. The Radix tree is used as the data structure of the automatic contract and copyright retrieval. The automatic copyright verification is performed by using the wavelet transform and the basic characteristic value correlation function.
