摘　　要：随着全球老龄化进程的加剧,男性雄性激素缺乏的问题日益得到全世界的关注。2017年3月,欧洲泌尿外科学会(EAU)更新了《EAU男性性腺功能减退症指南》(以下简称《指南》)。对男性性腺功能减退症(Male Hypogonadism)的流行病学、病因学、病理学、诊断评估、临床表现、治疗、随访等方面做了详细论述,并对有关内容进行了更新。本文通过对2017年《指南》的解读,旨在帮助临床医生更进一步认识本病,以及在今后的临床工作中更加重视本病的诊断、治疗和预防工作。With the aggravation of the aging process in the world,the problem of male hormone deficiency has been given more and more attention all over the world. In March 2017,the European Association Urology（ EAU） updated The EAU Guidelines on Male Hypogonadism. The epidemiology,etiology,pathology,clinical manifestations,diagnostic evaluation,treatment and follow-up for male hypogonadism are discussed in detail,and the contents are updated. The article is aimed to help clinicians to understand the disease by the interpretation of the2017 edition of EAU Guidelines on Male Hypogonadism,and remind the physician to pay more attention to the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of the disease in the future clinical work.
