经会阴超声配合中药灌肠治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察经会阴超声配合中药灌肠治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选择ⅢA型前列腺炎病人60例,数字表法随机分为两组,A组30例为对照组,予以经会阴超声治疗,B组30例为治疗组,在对照组的基础上予以配合中药灌肠治疗,治疗疗程结束时观察两者的症状评分情况(NIH-CPSI)及有效率。结果:治疗组临床治愈率为60%,总有效率为96.67%,对照组临床治愈率为33.33%,总有效率为73.33%,治疗组与对照组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后疼痛与不适评分、排尿症状评分、生活质量评分、总评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经会阴超声配合中药灌肠治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎疗效更满意。Objectives： To observe the effect of transperineal ultrasound combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of type ⅢA prostatitis. Methods： 60 cases of type ⅢA prostatitis were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group. Group A,as control group,was treated by perineal ultrasound treatment,and group B,as treatment group,was treated by transperineal ultrasound combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema. The symptom score of treatment at the end of treatment（ NIH-CPSI） and efficiency of two groups were compared. Results： The cure rate of treatment group was 60%,and the total effective rate was96. 67%. In control group,the clinical cure rate was 33. 33% and total effective rate was 73. 33%. The differences between two groups was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）; after treatment,the pain and discomfort score,voiding symptom score,life quality score,and the total score in two groups was improved compared with these before treatment（ P 0. 01）,and the treatment group was better than control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The transperineal ultrasound combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema has better curative effect in the treatment of type ⅢA prostatitis.
