知柏地黄丸联合大补阴丸在女童性早熟的临床效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:探究知柏地黄丸联合大补阴丸在女童性早熟的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取我院收治的60例性早熟女童,按照数字表法随机分组,将其分为对照组、观察组两组,对照组采用曲普瑞林联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗,观察组采用知柏地黄丸与大补阴丸联合治疗,对比分析两组患儿治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果:观察组患儿身高、身高增速、雌二醇及黄体生成素水平(125.43±3.86)cm、(7.42±0.94)cm/年、(13.12±1.18)pg/m L、(1.56±0.27)m IUL均明显优于对照组患儿的(120.13±3.23)cm、(5.34±0.78)cm/年、(16.35±2.13)m IUL、(2.65±0.43)pg/m L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿不良反应发生率(6.66%)与对照组患儿(26.66%)相比明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:知柏地黄丸联合大补阴丸在女童性早熟的临床效果较好,促进身体发育,提高身体增长速度,改善激素水平,不良反应较少,安全性好,临床意义重大。Objectives： To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Zhibai Dihuang pill combined with Dabuyin pill in the sexual precocity of girls. Methods： Sixty girls with precocious puberty were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with triptorelin and leuprolide acetate. The observation group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang pill and Dabuyin pill combined treatment. The treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results： The height,height increase speed,estradiol and luteinizing hormone levels in observation group were（ 125. 43 ± 3. 86） cm,（ 7. 42 ± 0. 94） cm/year,（ 13. 12 ±1. 18） pg/m L and（ 1. 56 ± 0. 27） m IUL,which were significantly better than these in control group [（ 120. 13 ±3. 23） cm,（ 5. 34 ± 0. 78） cm/year,（ 16. 35 ± 2. 13） m IUL and（ 2. 65 ± 0. 43） pg/m L. The differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse events in observation group（ 6. 66%） was significantly lower than that in control group（ 26. 66%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： The clinical effect of Zhibai Dihuang pill combined with Dabuyin pill is good in treating the precocious puberty of girls,which can promote body development,improve body growth rate and improve hormone level with less adverse reaction,good safety and clinical significance.
