摘 要:围产期奶牛因为生理状态、日粮和外界环境的变化,会造成免疫功能下降,出现免疫抑制现象,抗病力下降,严重危害奶牛健康。因此,在围产期如何提高奶牛的免疫功能,降低分娩后的发病率,已成为奶牛养殖领域的一个研究热点。本文归纳了围产期奶牛的生理特点、营养状况以及免疫系统变化,总结了国内外针对提高围产期奶牛免疫功能的研究成果,希望为该领域的从业人员提供参考。The changes of physiological status, ration and external environment can result in the decline of immune functions and disease resistance. Besides, it also can cause immunosuppression, which is quite harmful to dairy cows. Consequently, how to improve immune functions and reduce morbidity after delivery of dairy cows has been becoming a research hotspot in the field of dairy cow breeding. In order to provide some useful references for producers and researchers in this field, this article concluded the physiological characteristics, nutriture and the changes of immune system of dairy cows, which was based on highly referenced published literature. Additionally, this article summarized research results whose aims were to improve the immune functions that were finished by the domestic and foreign experts
