摘  要:目的:研究孕产期进行心理健康教育,对产妇哺乳行为的影响。方法:从2014年12月-2015年11月本院就诊孕妇中选择130例,分为观察组65例,在常规护理的基础上给予心理健康教育;对照组65例,仅给予常规护理。比较两组开奶时间、4~6个月婴儿喂养情况爱丁堡产后抑郁表(EPDS)。结果:观察组与对照组在开奶时间上有统计学意义(χ~2=19.747,P〈0.01);观察组1~6h及6~24h开奶的人数更多。比较两组4~6个月婴儿喂养情况,观察组的纯母乳喂养明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=11.179,P〈0.05);观察组产后抑郁总分(10.38±3.04),对照组产后抑郁总分(18.92±3.74)(t=-14.252,P〈0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:孕产期进行针对性的心理健康教育,能够缓解产后抑郁情况,提高母乳喂养率,改善哺乳行为。Objective:To study the effect of mental health education on lactation behavior for maternity patients.Methods:A total of 130 cases of pregnant women who went to our hospital from were selected December 2014 to November 2015,divided into observation group(65 cases)and control group(65 cases).The observation group was treateal with mental health education on the basis of routine nursing,while the control group was given only routine nursing.The first breast milk time and Edinburgh Postpartum Depression table(EPDS)of 4 to 6 months infants in the two groups were compared.Results:There was significant difference in the number of people to open milk between the observation group and control group(χ~2=19.747,P〈0.01).In the observation group,the number of people to open milk 1 hto 6 hand 6 hto 24 hwas bigger The exclusive breastfeeding rate of the observation group were obviously higher than those of the control group(χ~2=11.179,P〈0.01).The total score of the postpartum depression in the observation group was(10.38±3.04),while it was(18.92±3.74)in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=-14.252,P〈0.05).Conclusion:Targeted mental health education during the pregnant and puerperal period can relieve the postpartum depression,increase breastfeeding rate and improve breast-feeding behavior.
