宿舍生活事件对医学生生活满意度的影响:宿舍整体满意度的中介作用

摘　　要：目的：了解医学生的宿舍整体状况,探讨宿舍生活事件对医学生生活满意度的影响机制。方法：采用宿舍生活事件量表、宿舍满意度量表、生活满意度量表对广州市2所医学院校的296名医学生进行了调查。结果：（1）医学生宿舍生活事件的各个因素如室友性格、人际关系、宿舍卫生、宿舍噪音、宿舍条件以及室友侵犯等均与宿舍整体满意感呈显著负相关,与生活满意度呈显著负相关,宿舍生活事件总量与宿舍整体满意度（r=-0.514,P〈0.05）以及生活满意度（r=-0.326,P〈0.05）呈显著负相关,宿舍整体满意度与生活满意度呈显著正相关（r=0.346,P〈0.01）;（2）宿舍生活事件不仅会直接影响个体的生活满意度,而且会通过对宿舍满意度的影响来间接地影响生活满意度（ab=-0.31）。结论：医学生经历的宿舍生活事件、宿舍整体满意度对其生活满意度有显著影响,且宿舍整体满意度在宿舍生活事件与生活满意度之间起着一定的中介作用。Objective：To understand the overall situation of medical students’ dormitory,and explore the impact of dormitory life events on medical students’ life satisfaction.Methods：A tatal of 296 medical students in 2 medical colleges in Guangzhou were investigated by using the Dormitory Life Event Scale,Dormitory Satisfaction Scale and Satisfaction with Life Scale.Results：（1）The factors such as roommate personality,interpersonal relationship,dormitory hygiene,dormitory noise,dormitory conditions and roommate violations were significantly negatively correlated with the overall satisfaction of dormitory,and the life satisfaction.There were significantly negative correlations between the total number of dormitory life events and the overall satisfaction of dormitory（r=-0.514,P〈0.05）and the satisfaction of life（r=0.346,P〈0.01）,also the overall satisfaction of dormitory was positively correlated with the satisfaction of life（r=0.346,P〈0.01）（2）Dormitory life events not only directly affected the life satisfaction of medical students,but also indirectly affected life satisfaction by affecting the satisfaction of dormitory（ab=-0.31）.Conclusion：The dormitory life events and the overall satisfaction of dormitory have significant effects on the satisfaction of life,and the overall satisfaction of dormitory plays a certain mediating role in the dormitory life events and life satisfaction.
