摘 要:充分利用直流母线电压是提升感应电机输出转矩的有效途径。传统电压闭环方法在进行电压极限圆拓宽时,必然会出现windup问题,这将导致系统动态响应变差并影响转矩输出。该文提出一种基于Anti-Windup的感应电机高速弱磁最大转矩提升策略,通过空间矢量脉宽调制算法过调制前后矢量合成的作用时间进行闭环弱磁,运用梯度下降法校正励磁电流给定。在提高直流母线电压利用率的同时,缓解了电流调节器的失控问题。仿真和对比实验结果表明,该文方法实现了最大转矩的提升,加快了电机升速过程。This paper proposed a novel maximum torque increase scheme by using Anti-Windup technique for induction motor control in high-speed region. In conventional voltage regulator method, the windup phenomenon occurs when the maximum voltage constraint migrates out of the inscribe circle, which degrades both transient behavior and maximum torque. The difference between the reference and the output switching time caused by over modulation in SVPWM was used to modify the d-axis current. Hence, the bigger electromagnetic torque was obtained because of the extension of DC-link voltage utilization. Moreover, with the gradient descend method, the algorithm could ensure a fast and appropriate modification of d-axis current reference. Therefore, the windup problem of current regulator was mitigated. The verification of the scheme above was proved by both simulation and comparative experiments.
