摘  要:试验旨在研究硒和维生素E添加对梅花鹿营养物质消化率及血液生化指标的影响。选择年龄、体重、生理状态相近的28头母梅花鹿以3×2+1因子的处理方式被随机分成7个处理组(G0~G6)。其中硒(亚硒酸钠)3个水平(0.2、0.3、0.4 mg/kg),维生素E(VE)2个水平(100、200 IU/kg)。结果表明,硒的添加水平对粗蛋白、粗脂肪和中性洗涤纤维的表观消化率有所增加,且达到差异显著水平(P<0.05)。G3组的总蛋白含量显著高于G0组(P<0.05)。硒和VE的添加使谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著增加(P<0.05)。硒水平显著影响了三碘甲状腺氨酸和甲状腺素的含量(P<0.05)。全血硒及毛发硒含量达到极显著差异水平(P<0.01),粪硒的含量达到差异显著水平(P<0.05)。硒的添加显著影响了全血硒、毛发中硒元素含量(P<0.05)。添加硒及维生素E对梅花鹿日粮营养物质消化率具有促进作用,提高了血液中抗氧化酶活性和激素水平,同时对硒的沉积有促进作用。An experiment was conducted in a 3×2+1 factorial experiment to evaluate the effects of selenium (Se) and vitamin E (VE) on female sika deer. Deer in GO group were fed a basal diet. Deer in other six treatments (G1, G2, G3, G4, G5 and G6) were fed diets supplemented with Se and VE. Se concentrations were 0.2, 0.3 mg/kg and 0.4 mg/kg. VE levels were 100 IU/kg and 200 IU/kg dry matter (DM). Apparent digestibility of crude protein, ether extract and neutral detergent fiber was in- creased by Se level 0.2 mg to 0.3 mg (P〈0.05). The concentration of total protein in G3 was greater than that in GO group (P〈0.05). The activity of glutathione peroxidase was increased by Se and VE level(P〈0.05). Se level had a significant effect on the concentration of T4 and T3(P〈0.05). Se content in blood and pelage was higher(P〈0.05). Adding Se and VE can promote the digestibility of nutrients, increase the activity of antioxidant enzymes and hormone levels in blood, and promote the deposition of selenium in sika deer.
