急性发病的原发性皮肤毛霉病1例

摘　　要：患者女,71岁。左小腿血疱、溃疡、坏死伴疼痛20余天。皮损组织病理示:表皮及真皮全层坏死,真皮感染性肉芽肿改变,其中见粗大无分隔的菌丝。经真菌培养和分子生物学鉴定为不规则毛霉。经伊曲康唑胶囊抗真菌治疗后好转。A case of primary cutaneous mucormycosis caused by Mucor irregularis was reported. A 71-year-old woman manifested with blood blister, ulcer, necrosis on the left shin for about 20 days. The histopathological examination showed the necrosis on the full epidermis and dermis, and infectious granuloma changes in the dermis, and hyaline broad nonseptate hyphae branching. Skin lesions were identified as mucor irregularis by fungal culture and molecular biology identification. The disease was ontrolled after being treated with Itraconazole.
