右小腿自发性肌内血肿误诊为丹毒1例

摘　　要：患者女,37岁。右小腿肿胀伴疼痛4天。院外诊断为丹毒,嘱患者自行口服抗生素治疗,病情逐渐加重。根据右小腿肌内血管彩超,诊断为右小腿自发性肌内血肿。保守治疗后红肿逐渐消退。A 37-year-old woman presented with right calf swelling and pain for 4 days. She was diagnosed as erysipelas and given oral antibiotics by herself. But the condition became worse. According to color Doppler ultrasound, she was diagnosed with spontaneous intramuscular hematoma at our clinic. After conservative treatment, the swelling gradually disappeared.
