内窥镜下传统小切口和提拉带辅助小切口额颞部除皱术的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较内窥镜下传统小切口和提拉带辅助小切口额颞部除皱术两种术式的优缺点,探讨两种术式的临床应用价值。方法将90例额颞部松弛患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各45例。实验组在内窥镜下植入医用软组织提拉带行小切口额颞部除皱术,对照组在内窥镜下行传统小切口额颞部除皱术。比较两组患者术后眉眼间距提升程度、患者满意度等资料。结果两组患者眉眼间距较术前差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后眉眼间距提升程度比较,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论两种术式均能较好的恢复眉毛位置,达到理想的提眉效果,同时改善上面部皱纹及"鱼尾纹"。但患者对提拉带辅助额颞部除皱术满意度和接受程度较高。Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of two methods of traditional small incision frontotemporal rhytidectomy and lifting band assisted under endoscope, and to discuss the clinical value of the two methods. Methods Ninety patients with frontotemporal skin laxity were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 45 cases in each group. Medical soft tissue lifting bands were implanted in the experimental group using a small incision frontotemporal rhytidectomy under endoscope. Patients in the control group underwent traditional small incision frontotemporal rhytidectomy under endoscope. The distance of eyebrow lifting and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative distance between the eyebrow and eye was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the distance between the eyebrow and eye between the two methods.The patient satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Both surgical methods are capable of restoring eyebrow position, achieving the ideal eyebrow lift, and reducing upper eyelid wrinkles. But the lifting band assisted frontotemporal rhytidectomy achieving higher patient satisfaction.
