摘　　要：目的探讨采用锐针程序法注射透明质酸隆鼻的临床效果。方法自2016年1月至2017年1月,采用锐针按顺序在前鼻嵴、鼻小柱、鼻尖、鼻根、鼻背多层次注射透明质酸的方法,对98例患者鼻部进行注射塑形,分析术后效果并观察不良反应。结果所有患者鼻部外形得到明显改善,鼻部呈现立体化外观,效果满意;术后随访6个月,4例患者在治疗后出现鼻背局部皮下淤血、青紫,于2周内消失,无感染、栓塞、坏死、鼻背透光、鼻根变宽等并发症发生。结论采用锐针程序法透明质酸注射隆鼻,可安全、有效地改善鼻部外形,临床效果满意,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of new sequential hyaluronic acid injection with a sharp needle for augmentation rhinoplasty. Methods From January 2016 to 2017, 98 patients received augmentation rhinoplasty by sequential hyaluronic acid injection with a sharp needle. The hyaluronic acid was sequentially injected into multiple layers of the anterior nasal spine, nasal columella, apex nasi, radix nasi and nasal dorsum with a sharp needle. The results were evaluated and the adverse effects were recorded during follow-up. Results All noses showed a three-dimensional appearance and all patients were satisfied with the results. After 6 months of follow-up, local subcutaneous congestion and bruising in the nasal dorsum were observed in 4 cases, but these disappeared within 2 weeks. No infection, embolism, necrosis, nasal dorsum light transmission, or broad radix nasi were observed. Conclusion Sequential hyaluronic acid injection with a sharp needle for augmentation rhinoplasty is a safe and effective method to improve the appearance of the nose. The clinical efficacy was satisfactory and should be considerable for clinical promotion.
