摘 要:为加强互联网与智能电网的融合,推进电网规划信息化建设,以某电力公司电网规划与智能决策项目为例,探讨面向业务协同的电网规划与智能决策平台的建立及应用。文章首先介绍了平台总体架构;其次从数据处理、电网故障诊断、图形管理、智能决策4个方面分别介绍了支撑平台的主要功能及技术;最后通过平台的推广应用成效,展示平台在现状诊断分析、规划可研编制及评审等规划业务中的应用及效益。该平台的推广应用可实现对电网薄弱环节和潜在风险的精准定位,为电网规划提供全新的信息化辅助手段。In order to enhance the integration of Internet and smart grid and promote the information construction of power grid planning, taking the planning and intelligent decision making project of an electric power company as an example, this paper discusses the establishment and application of business collaboration oriented power grid planning and intelligent decision platform. This paper first introduces the overall architecture of the platform. Secondly, it introduces the main functions and technologies that support the operation of the platlbrnl from four aspects including data processing, power grid diagnosis, graphics management and intelligent decision making. Finally, the application and benefits of the platform in the planning business such as the status diagnosis and analysis, composing and examining of the planning and feasibility study are presented through the promotion and application of the platform. The popularization and application of the platform realizes the accurate positioning of the weak power grid and potential risk, and provides a new means of information management for the power grid planning.
