三棱对家兔在体子宫平滑肌电活动的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:观察三棱水煎液对家兔在体子宫平滑肌电活动的影响。方法:将32只家兔随机分为4组:空白组,三棱高、中、低剂量组。麻醉后微创暴露子宫并置入特制电极,三棱高、中、低剂量组分别按体重给予2g/kg、1g/kg、0.5g/kg的三棱水煎液。观察各组单波的最大振幅和频率,爆发波的峰面积、持续时间和频率。结果:与空白组相比,三棱各处理组能显著增加家兔子宫肌电单波的频率和最大振幅、爆发波峰面积、持续时间和频率(P<0.01)。结论:三棱水煎液对家兔在体子宫平滑肌电活动具有明显的兴奋作用,能够促进家兔在体子宫平滑肌收缩活动。Objective：To observe the effect of Trigone on electrical activity of uterine smooths muscle in vivo rabbits. Methods： Rabbits （n= 32） were randomly divided into 4 groups： blank,Trigone high dose.middle dose and low dose groups. Gaven minimally invasive surgery to expose uterus and imbedding specific electrode with anesthesia. Then the Trigone high dose.middle dose and low dose groups were respectively given drugs as 2g/kg , lg/kg, 0.5g/kg. Observed the frequency and the maximal amplitude of single wave,and the peak,the persistent time, the frequency of outburst wave. Results： Compared with blank group, the Trigone groups could promote the maximal amplitude of single wave, and the peak,the persistent time,the frequency of outburst wave obviously. Conclusion. Trigone can show excitation on electrical activity of uterine muscle in vivo rabbits, and promote uterine muscle shrinking in vivo rabbits.
