摘　　要：目的:系统评价筋骨痛消丸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索中外数据库中筋骨痛消丸治疗膝骨关节炎的随机对照试验,经过文献筛选、资料提取及质量评价后,采用Review Manager5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入10篇文献,共计1 399例病例,其中治疗组879例、对照组520例。治疗组予以筋骨痛消丸或中西医结合治疗,对照组予以非甾体抗炎药、硫酸氨基葡萄糖、玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射等西医治疗或阳性中成药治疗。纳入文献的异质性检验(χ~2=8.04,P=0.53>0.10,I^2=0%<50%),表明纳入文献同质性好,可采用固定效应模型分析;合并后的效应量OR=3.85,95%CI[2.62,5.67],Z=6.83(P<0.00001),表明治疗组总有效率高于对照组;本软件绘制的漏斗图显示分布不对称,表明存在发表偏倚的可能性较大。结论:筋骨痛消丸对膝骨关节炎的治疗效果显著,但仍需更多高质量研究进一步论证结论,且需要对其安全性进行评价。Abstract：Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jingutongxiao pills in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： A randomized controlled trial of Jingutongxiao pills in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in Chinese and foreign databases. After revie- wing the literature, data extraction and quality evaluation, Meta analysis was performed using Review Manager 5.2 software. Re- sults：Finally, 10 articles were included, totaling 1399 cases, including 879 cases in the treatment group and 520 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with ingutongxiao pills or integrative medicine therapy. The control group was given non- steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, glucosamine sulfate,sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection or positive Chinese patent medi- cine. The heterogeneity of the literature（χ^2=8.04, P= 0.53 〉0.10;I^2 = 0 %〈 50% ）, indicating that the incorporation of literature is homogeneous and can be analyzed by fixed effect model; OR = 3.85,95 % CI[2. 62,5.67], Z = 6.83 （ P〈0. 00001）, indicating that the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group. The funnel diagram drawn by the software shows asymmetric distribution, indicating that there is a greater likelihood of publication bias. Conclusion. The treatment of knee osteoarthritis is significantly affected by Jingutongxiao pills, But more high-quality research is needed to further demonstrate the conclusions,and its securityneed to be evaluated.
