摘 要:【目的】探讨糖耐量正常青年血清硫化氢(Hzs)水平与血脂及体脂分布的关系。【方法】检测47例糖耐量正常的健康体检青年男性血清HzS水平,同时测量身高、体质量、腰围(WC)、血压、内脏脂肪面积(VFA)、全身脂肪(TBF)、躯干脂肪含量(TFM)及肌肉含量,检测血三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDI,一C)、低密度脂蛋白胆田醇(LDL—C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)。根据VFA中位数(82.4cm2)分为观察纽(VFA≥82.4cm2)和对照组(VFA〈82.4cm2),比较并分析两组上述指标的差异。【结果】观察组体质量指数(BMI)、WC、TBF、TFM、FPG及Iml-C明显高于对照组,H2S水平明显低于对照组(P〈0.05),两组其他指标比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);Pearson相关分析显示,血H2S水平与BMI、WC、VFA、TBF、TFM及LDL-C呈明显负相关(P〈0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,LDL-C和wC是H2s水平的影响因素(P〈0.05)。【结论】糖耐量正常的青年男性,Hzs水平随着内脏脂肪的增加而下降,并出现FPG和LDL—C的增高,提示下降的H2S水平与LDL-C的增高和内脏脂肪的增加密切有关。[Objective]The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship among plasma hydro gen sulfide (H2 S) level, blood lipid and body lipid distribution in healthy young men with normal glucose tol- erance.[MethodslA total of 47 healthy volunteers with normal glucose tolerance were recruited. The following data were all collected from the subjects: height, body mass, weight, waist circumference (WC), blood pres- sure, visceral fat area (VFA), total body fat (TBF), total body fat content (TFM), muscles content, triglyc- eride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) and H2 S level. Ac- cording to the median VFA (82.4 cruz), subjects were divided into two groups: the observation group (VFA 982.4 cm2) and the control group (VFA82.4 cm2 ). The above indexes were compared and analyzed be- tween the two groups. [ResuhslThe body mass index (BMI), WC, TBF, TFM, FPG and I,DL-C in the ob- servation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P〈0.05), while the level of Ha S in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P 〈0.05). The other indexes be- tween the two groups did not show significant difference. Pearson correlation analysis showed that H2S level were negatively correlated with BMI, WC, VFA, TBF, TFM and LDI, C ( P 〈 0.05 ). Multivariate linear re- gression analysis showed that LDL-C and WC were the influencing factors of H2S level ( P 〈0.05).[Conclu- sion]With the increase of visceral fat, H2S level drops and FPG and LDL-C increase in healthy young men with normal glucose tolerance. It indicates that the dropping of H2 S level is closely correlated to the increase of LDL-C and visceral adipose.
