摘　　要：张闻天是我党历史上的一位重要领导人和马克思主义理论家。1938年,他在《论待人接物问题》的演讲中,从思想方法、工作方法和领导方法上为提升共产党人的个人素养和工作成效做出了具体的指导和建议。其中蕴含着丰富的哲学思想,体现了承认差异性与提倡包容性、改造主观世界与改造客观世界、依靠群众和领导群众三个方面的高度结合,在全面推进从严治党的新的历史时期,这篇讲稿具有着重要的启示和借鉴意义。Zhang Wentian is an important leader and Marxist theorist in the history of our party. In order to promote the Communists＇ personal accomplishment and work effectiveness, he made specific guidance and suggestions on methods of thinking, work and leadership in his speech of ＂on the Problem of Dealing with Each Other＂in 1938. It contains a wealth of philosophical thinking, and reflects a perfect combination of the three aspects：the recognition of differences and the promotion of inclusiveness, the transformation of the subjective world and the transformation of the objective world, relying on the masses and leading the masses. This speech has important enlightenment and reference significance in the new historical period of Comprehensively promoting strictly administering the party.
