社会支持对长期血液透析患者生存质量与希望水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究社会支持对长期血液透析患者生存质量与希望水平的影响。方法将84例长期血液透析患者随机均分为对照组(常规护理干预)和研究组(社会支持联合常规护理干预),比较护理后两组社会支持水平、生存质量和希望水平。结果护理治疗后,两组患者SSRS,WHOQOL-BREF和Herth评分均显著升高(P<0.05),且两组差异显著(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析发现,透析患者社会支持水平与生存质量呈显著正相关(r=0.461,P<0.05),与希望水平呈显著正相关(r=0.513,P<0.05)。结论社会支持可明显改善患者精神心理状态,提高患者生存质量和希望水平。Objective To investigate the effect of social support on the quality of life and hope level in patients with long-term hemodialysis. Methods 84 patients with long-term hemodialysis were randomly divided into control group and study group. Both groups were given routine nursing intervention,besides,the study group was given additional social support intervention. The social support level,quality of life and hope level in the two groups were compared after nursing. Results After nursing intervention,the scores of SSRS,WHOQOL-BREF and Herth in the two groups were significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）,and the difference between the two group was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; the Pearson correlation analysis showed that the social support level of hemodialysis patients was positively correlated with the quality of life（ r = 0. 461,P〈0. 05） and hope level（ r = 0. 513,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Social support can obviously improve not only the mental state of patients,but also the quality of life and hope level.
