摘  要:以环氧树脂(EP)为基体,短切碳纤维(SCF)为增强体,采用溶液共混复合法制备了短切碳纤维/环氧树脂(SCF/EP)复合材料,并研究了SCF的含量对复合材料阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:SCF质量分数为1.0%时,氧指数较基体材料提高了8%;SCF质量分数为0.7%时,复合材料的热释放速率峰值表现最优,较基体材料降低了31.6%;SCF对材料的生烟速率也有一定的抑制作用;SCF质量分数为1.5%时,复合材料的终止分解温度较基体材料提高了6.9%;SCF明显提升了材料的成碳能力。Short carbon fiber/epoxy resin (SCF/EP) composites were prepared by solution blending method using epoxy resin (EP) as matrix and SCF as reinforcements. The effect of SCF content on the properties of flame retardant epoxy resin composite materials was studied. The results showed that, the oxygen index was improved by 8% compared with the substrate materials when the SCF content was 1%; the heat release rate peak was reduced by 31.6% compared with the substrate materials when the SCF content was 0.7%; SCF had a certain inhibitory effect on the smoke generationrate; the terminaldecomposition temperature of the composites increased by 6.9% when the content of SCF was 1.5%; SCF significantly enhanced the carbon forming ability of the composites.
