摘 要:实验研究敌腐特灵对不同浓度的NaOH溶液洗消效能,并与常用的洗消剂——3%硼酸溶液、生理盐水和自来水进行对比。通过研究溶液pH值与洗消剂用量的关系发现,达到同样效果时,敌腐特灵洗消剂的洗消用量多于3%硼酸溶液,少于生理盐水和自来水。洗消动力学分析发现,敌腐特灵洗消剂的洗消速度仅次于3%硼酸溶液。对土壤微生物的影响实验表明敌腐特灵洗消剂有较强的杀菌作用。结合皮肤洗消的特点进行综合分析,认为敌腐特灵洗消剂是最适宜的皮肤洗消剂。The decontamination efficiency of Diphoterine, compared with the commonly used detergents, i.e. 3% boric acid solu tion, saline and tap water, on different concentrations of NaOH so- lution was studied by experiments. With experimental study on the relationship between the pH value of the solution and the dosage of the decontamination agent, it was found that with equivalent ef fect, the dosage of Diphoterine was a little more than 3% boric acid solution and far less than saline water and tap water. By dynamical analysis, it was found that the decontamination speed of Diphoterine was only slower than 3% boric acid solution. Through experiments on impact of soil microbes, it was found that Diphoterine had a strong bactericidal effect. Considering the characteristics of the skin decontamination, Diphoterine was the most appropriate skin decontamination agent.
