摘  要:对某冷冻运输车辆起火爆炸事故进行调查,确定火灾原因。为了验证火灾原因,运用傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)和热脱附/气相色谱/质谱(TD/GC/MS),对某高速涉及爆炸车辆的保温材料进行实验分析。结果表明:实验温度下聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料热分解产物中含有大量苯胺,而苯胺蒸气能与空气形成爆炸性混合物。此分析结果可以为类似事故的处置提供参考。Investigated the fire and explosion accident of a frozen transportation vehicle and determined the cause of the fire. In order to verify the cause of the fire, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thermal desorption/gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (TD/GC/MS) were used to analyze the heat insulation material of a refrigerated vehicle on high-speed road involved in explosion. The results showed that under the experimental temperature, the thermal decomposition products of polyurethane rigid foam contained a large amount of aniline, while aniline vapor could form explosive mixture with air. The results of this analysis can provide reference for the disposal of similar accidents.
