试论陈云对苏联援助新中国工业化建设的思考与评价

摘　　要：新中国成立初期的社会主义建设是参照苏联的经验并依靠苏联的亲密合作和援助来进行的。对于苏联的援助,陈云从历史唯物主义观点出发,坚持把自力更生同充分依靠与信任苏联援助相结合,坚持把苏联援助中存在的问题与取得的成就相结合,辩证地看待和评价援助工作,主张给予这段援助历史以充分的肯定和应有的评价。The socialist construction in new China is in light of the Russian experiences and close cooperative assistance between the two countries.Chen Yun maintains a historical materialist point of view that the Russian aids and self-reliance should be considered on the same footing,while the accomplishments achieved and problems during the mean process should be regarded on the same footing.
