摘 要:通过毛细吸水试验及氯离子电迁移试验,研究了无机、有机及复合型3种内掺阻锈剂对混凝土抗渗性及抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。通过X射线衍射分析,研究了这3种内掺型阻锈剂对水泥水化程度的影响。结果表明,3种阻锈剂均能降低混凝土的毛细吸水系数和氯离子迁移系数,且有机型阻锈剂的效果最好;掺入有机型及混合型阻锈剂的水泥水化产物与熟料的衍射峰所围成的面积比较大,而掺入无机型阻锈剂的水泥水化产物与熟料的衍射峰所围成的面积比较小。因此,这3种内掺型阻锈剂均能提高混凝土的抗渗性及抗氯离子渗透性能,且掺入有机型阻锈剂的混凝土抗渗性及抗氯离子渗透性能最佳,这主要是因为有机组分可促进水泥的水化反应,提高混凝土的密实性。In this work,three kinds of internal corrosion irdlibitors,inorganic and organic and composite corrosion inhibitor were investigated.The capillary absorption test was used to study the resistance to water absorption in concrete of the above three kinds of internal corrosion inhibitors.The rapid migration of chloride ions method was used to study the resistance to chloride ion penetration in concrete of the above three kinds of internal corrosion inhibitors.X ray diffraction analysis was used to study the influence of these three kinds of internal corrosion inhibitors on the degree of hydration of cement.The results showed that these three inhibitors can reduce the capillary water absorption coefficient and the chloride migration coefficient of concrete, and the organic corrosion inhibitor had the best effect.The area of the diffraction peak of cement hydration products to clinker was relatively large with the addition of organic and composite corrosion inhibitor.The area of the diffraction peak of cement hydration products to clinker was relatively small with the addition of inorganic corrosion inhibitor.So these three kinds of internal corrosion inhibitors can improve the resistance to water absorption and chloride ions penetration of concrete.Moreover, the organic corrosion inhibitor performed the best.This is mainly because the organic composite can promote the hydration reaction and improve the density of concrete.
