摘  要:通过对42个全轻混凝土与高强钢筋HRB500黏结锚固试件的拉拔试验,分析了全轻混凝土与HRB500黏结锚固性能的主要影响因素,并与普通混凝土试验结果作了对比,在可靠度分析的基础上,给出了不同强度等级下全轻混凝土中受拉钢筋的锚固建议值。研究表明:与普通混凝土类似,全轻混凝土与钢筋的黏结锚固强度随混凝土强度、保护层厚度、配箍率的增大而增大,随锚固长度、钢筋直径的增大而减小;相同强度等级下,全轻混凝土的黏结锚固性能并不比普通混凝土差,在相同配箍率下甚至优于普通混凝土,但变形大于普通混凝土;全轻混凝土沿锚固长度黏结应力分布比普通混凝土要均匀;在可靠度分析的基础上给出的受拉钢筋的锚固长度建议值比规范设计值约小5 d,因此,按照现行规范JGJ 12—2006《轻骨料混凝土结构技术规程》进行设计是偏于安全的。The main influencing factors of the cohesive and anchoring properties of the full lightweight concrete and HRB500 are analyzed by the drawing test of 42 specimens.The results are compared with the ordinary concrete.Based on the analysis,the recommended values of the anchored bars are given in the concrete under different strength grades.The results show that the bond anchorage strength of the full light concrete and the steel bar increases with the strength of the concrete,the thickness of the protective layer and the stirrup ratio, and decreases with the increase of the anchorage length and the diameter of the steel.The strength and strength of the full light concrete is not worse than that of the ordinary concrete, and even better than the ordinary concrete under the same stirrer, but the deformation is larger than that of the ordinary concrete.The stress distribution of the full light concrete along the anchoring length is higher than that of the ordi- nary concrete.on the basis of reliability analysis, the recommended length of the anchorage length of the tensioned bar is about 5 d lower than the standard design value.Therefore, it is more safer than the current specification JGJ 12-2006 "technical specification for lightweight aggregate concrete structure".
