摘  要:以白魔芋球茎为外植体,研究白魔芋组培技术。结果表明,75%酒精30 s+0.1%升汞15 min消毒效果较好,污染率较低,为11.11%;6-BA 1 mg/L+TDZ 0.2 mg/L+NAA 1 mg/L愈伤组织诱导效果较好,诱导率达到73.33%,且愈伤组织质量紧密;6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L诱导芽过程中,出芽时间较早,分化率最高,达到91.11%,且在芽生长过程中同时生长出根,比较适合芽诱导。Taking the corm ofA.ablus liu et Chen as test material,tissue culture technology was studied.The results showed that disinfection effect of 75% alcohol 30 s+0.1% HgC1 15 rain was better,pollution rate was 11.11% ;The induction effect of 6-BA 1 mg/L+TDZ 2 mg/L+NAA 1 mg/L was better ,and the induction rate reached 73.33% ,and the tissue quality was close.In the medium of 6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L ,the buds were induced to sprout earlier, with the highest differentiation rate, up to 91.11%, and in the process of bud growth, the roots grew, which was suitable for the bud induction.
